You’ve probably tried every fad diet in the world (I’ve tried them too) and they may have worked for awhile, but you were probably hungry, or grouchy or maybe your brain felt foggy all the time? Maybe you lost some weight, but the pounds came back (probably with a few friends) after the newness of the diet had worn off and you went back to old habits. There is so much conflicting information out there that so many people are confused when it comes to nutrition. I can give you a simple plan, so you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

If you’re looking for the newest fad diet, this is not the place for you. But, if you are tired of losing weight and then gaining it back as soon as your life and diet go back to normal, then I can help you.

As a certified nutrition coach, I can help you make lifelong changes and form new healthy habits so you become the true healthy person that you envision. With my guidance, cheerleading, a little tough love, and your commitment to change, we can create those positive changes in your life.

My programs include one-on-one mentoring (including personalized action plans), group sessions and monthly challenges. I’m confident we can create lifestyle changes in 1-6 months that will put you on a path to a lifetime of health and wellness.

The Well Factory Programs

My programs are not just about nutrition, diet, and exercise, we also cover topics including goal setting, stress management, positive mindset techniques, and healthy lifestyle hacks. 

Sample programs may include:

PANTRY CLEAN-OUTS: You may be surprised at all the sugar and other nasty ingredients you have masquerading as healthy foods in your pantry, fridge and freezer. I will work with you to assess and suggest healthier options for you and your family. 

SUPERMARKET SWEEP: You’ll never look at the grocery store the same way! You will learn how to read food labels, understand how marketing works and how they get us to buy the bad stuff, and how to pick healthier versions of your favorite foods and find some new favorites. You’ll discover a whole new way of shopping.
MEAL PLAN SUGGESTIONS/ SHOPPING LISTS /FOOD PREP BASICS: We’ll work together on your food preferences and I will create weekly meal plan suggestions and shopping lists that will help you reach your goals.You will also learn the beauty of meal prep and how it truly makes the rest of the week much less stressful.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS: I am your partner in your goal to become a healthier version of you. We will have weekly check-in meetings (via in-person or Zoom) to monitor your progress and to make sure you’re staying on track to hit your goals. Unlimited email correspondence and texts are always welcome!
EXERCISE/FITNESS SUGGESTIONS: I understand the importance of exercise for your body and for your mind. I’ll suggest plans that will keep you motivated and challenged and you may even learn to love exercise if you don’t already!
